As part of our continuing commitment to quality control and assurance, Ramsay Engineering places special emphasis on its employees and understanding client requirements. Company policy and procedures are well documented and paramount to our clients' satisfaction and our continued success.

Integral to our Quality Assurance and Control is the importance placed on our employees and our commitment to their well being, health and safety, as encapsulated in our policy.

Quality Policy Statement

The principal activity of Ramsay Engineering is in the manufacture/installation/service of various electrical products used in different types of industries.

It is the policy of the management of Ramsay Engineering to provide superior customer service through the use of quality materials and the provision of quality workmanship with reliable delivery.

The nature of the products/service/installation places particular emphasis upon experience, workmanship, capability and quality. The company attaches major importance to competition based on quality and a high degree of customer satisfaction ensuring repeat business.

Objectives of the management of Ramsay Engineering are to:
  1. Establish and maintain an effective and properly managed quality system.
  2. Provide objective evidence that the planned quality systems are implemented and maintained in accordance with management policies.

The Quality Manual and procedures describe how Ramsay Engineering’s quality system is designed so that the policy and objectives are satisfied at all times.

The Quality Manual outlines how effective control of the quality system is established, implemented and maintained in order to achieve the requisite assurance of quality and a high degree of consistency in completed work.

The Quality System outlined in this Manual has the full support of the management and personnel of Ramsay Engineering and its successful implementation and maintenance is a commitment by them. Proper adherence to this Manual and active participation in all quality related activities is a requirement of all personnel in the Company.
